This website www.vetco.be (hereafter referred to as the "Website"), is published under the responsibility of Vetco sa (hereafter identified by its trade name "Vetco"), headquartered in Park Alley 11 to 6500 Barbançon, registered at the corporate crossroads bank under the number VAT BE 0433.620.187

Access and use of the Website are subject to these terms and conditions of use ('Conditions') as well as applicable laws and/or regulations. As a result, access to and use of the Website involves the User's full and unqualified acceptance of the Terms, to the exclusion of all others.

Vetco reserves the right to modify and update the Terms, access to the Website and its contents without notice at any time, without notice.  All of these changes are required for the User each time they access the Website. Vetco advises users to consult them regularly.

Under the Terms, "User" means anyone who uses the Site or one of the services offered on the Site.

The information and illustrations on the website's pages are based on the product characteristics in effect when the various pages of the Website are posted or updated. Vetco reserves the right to make product, feature, price and availability changes at any time and without notice.

Some products on the website may also differ slightly from actual conditions. The colours shown and the sizes of the packaging can only give a general idea and are depending in particular on the settings of the Users' screen.

Vetco disclaims any responsibility for any errors.

Some products may be temporarily unavailable due to stock shortages, raw material supplies, inability to produce or unavailability of staff.

The nullity, nullity or non-enforceability of any or all of the provisions of the Terms will not result in the nullity of all the Terms. The fully or partially null, defunct or non-binding provision will be deemed unwritten.

Vetco is committed to substituting this provision for another provision that will perform the same function as much as possible.

The validity, interpretation and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions will be governed by Belgian law and will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Charleroi courts. Any dispute over the website or its use will be governed exclusively by Belgian law. Only the charleroi courts have jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
